A well-established, high-quality early learning program in Clarksville is expanding its leadership team.

We are seeking an experienced early childhood professional who meets Tennessee Child Care Director qualifications and is ready to contribute at a high level in operations, compliance, and team development.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who:

  • Qualifies under Tennessee DHS standards for program leadership
  • Has experience supervising staff in a licensed child care setting
  • Understands ratio management and licensing compliance
  • Can support enrollment growth and daily operations
  • Leads with professionalism, clarity, and integrity

This role partners closely with executive leadership to strengthen systems, support teachers, and ensure regulatory excellence.

Qualifications
Candidates must meet Tennessee Director requirements, including one of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Associate’s degree with required experience
  • CDA with management experience

Additional requirements:

  • Supervisory experience in a licensed setting
  • Strong knowledge of Tennessee Child Care Licensing Rules
  • Background check clearance
